You are likely right. But that is certainly not always the case. My ex gave up access to the kids and took all the money. So... it's not a guarantee, but there is risk, to be sure.

I also think men are comfortable enough. Why mess things up. They are getting enough of what they want from home and have access to other women for sex and other related kinds of attention. They don't have to be the "bad" guy. They can have it all, so often.
