You are incredible. Thank you for this article. As much as I want to help my children process their grief around their father, I cannot. I am too close. Part of me wants to send this to them, another parts says to stay out a little longer. It's still too raw. But you do give me hope and they are doing everything right on the outside. But...the pain remains on the inside. Thank you for showing us your healing process, being vulnerable, and naming what needed to be named.
