Yes. I don't know if you are like me, but no matter, I still keep hoping for that best friend/partner combo. It's what my heart wants even though I logically know that it is an illusion. I'm happy enough right now. It's just not a fairy tale...lol. And yeah, not giving up my friendships, even though I have only small amounts of time with them.
