Yes, I agree. But it is the same for some women, too. I remember the way I was looked at when I first started talking about going to therapy and having diagnosed CPTSD. It was like I had cooties to some people. It takes a lot of humility and hope to talk about things that put you in, yet, another vulnerable position. Then, how my marriage failure was easy to peg on ME because I was the one with a diagnosis…not him, of course. I see what you are saying. It is a brave thing to talk and there are consequences.
