The "kick back" of my narcissist ex was terrifying and traumatizing. I still have a hard time taking a bath in the bathroom he followed me into, locked the door and screamed at me, waking the kids and scaring them half to death. I was finally learning how to NOT engage in his emotional roller coaster, but was oversharing like crazy. This is great advice. But do ALL of them at the same time. Trying to do just one will cause a lot more problems. Thanks!!
