That makes sense. I accomplished nothing with him that I could not have done alone. In fact, I did what I did despite him. So, it makes sense that you might miss things about being with him. I'm not sure if it's better or worse to miss people we are no longer with. I only have one that I have any fond memories of and that is because he and I together were far greater than I was alone. I loved that feeling.
