RAGE...that is what happened when I learned to observe and not engage with his roller coaster of emotional drama. It was amazing to see the display of anger and I was not at all ready for it. I had no idea that he was a narc at that point. I was just trying to put up some healthy boundaries...boundaries that were all new. He did not like them at all. So... yes! Thank you for this.
