Oh I hear you! This is just me, trying to wrap my head around it, asking the why’s and hoping to get to a good place where I feel safe. I’m so sorry for your past self, the losses, the mother you had and all of the shoulds…but so very happy to hear you have broken that cycle for your own daughter. Your wisdom is deep, and so needed.
