look more closely and you will see a very different story. Women's rights and feminism began out of a need for children's labor laws and women's safety in marriages that were abusive. The ERA never got passed and marital rape was still legal into the 90s in some states. So...look more closely. It's not about hate in the mainstream. There are always radicals and that is not who I identify with. They are just the loud ones.
