I was 46 when my 27 year marriage was finally over. I totally agree with the statement that I finally realized this is not the person I want to live the rest of my life with. I found out who he was after he neglected not only me, but our children. And that.was enough. I don’t think any of us need an energy and soul vampire as a companion. Sometimes it just takes that long to get up the guts to do the thing you knew needed done 3 days in.
