I hope you don't get any flak!! It is true, all true. I wish it could be, and sometime it can, if both partners want to grow and learn and explore together. But, the expectation is toxic. I am whole-heartedly with you. There are so very many reason we get lazy, too comfortable, expecting and not active in our marriages or partnerships.
