I feel like you described my marriage, but without all the medicating...lol.

I was mormon, so no alcohol and no drugs...and no other addictions to numb the insanity. I brought in lots of money, but not enough to make up for his financial instability. My husband would actually talk about how perfect the 50's life would have been like, having a wife who was always happy when he got home and a clean house. But, his mom did that pretty well. Her whole life revolved around her husband and kids and she wore gloves to make sure her prefectly manicured hands didn't get shrively in the dishwater. Thanks for this. It's great!
