I could highlight this whole article. How do we get the women to read this before they step into marriage.. that is the real question. So much grief here.

My husband used money as a weapon long before we got the divorce moving forward. Each of them talk about the poverty mentality they deal with and their "money issues", as they say. There are a million ways to eff up our children, and he did as much as he could in the time he had with them. Luckily, they don't see him much anymore..and for good reason. He is literally trying to put us out of our home and take everything else as well...because I "didn't do anything, so," I, " don't deserve anything." He said those words to the kids. They did not buy it for one second. I was the only parent they had for many years and when he could have shown up, he chose not to. Of course, its his loss, not to have a connection with his children. But it's our loss as well, to have a man that we have to be involved with who does not value us. Truly terrible. Thanks for this article!!
