My background research in this area is extensive. As a student of Narcissistic Personality Disorder for over 2 decades and Borderline Personality Disorder for the years since, the data quite clearly points to an enabling partner being a vital part of the equation.
They were painful and in-depth studies. All of the findings were placed here, into this beginner course.
What I learned has shaped my life and the lives of countless women and men, through their own, personal, lived experience.
Note: This is very similar to my course, Codependency 101. However, this course will teach you more details on the programming involved in becoming an Enabler, and an even better Codependent, if that is what you wish.
This program requires that we begin when we are young. If you are not young anymore, please use this course with your children. It is the only way that it will work. There is no data to support enabling behavior being taught as an adult. I’m sorry if that disappoints you. Our hope is in the next generation, to be sure.
