As one of those, who are huge proponents of touching grass ( which is something I do everyday…I also sot with trees), I need to state that you are one of the lucky ones. Most of us don’t have neurological systems equipped to deal with the grief and trauma of the everyday information thrown at us. Most of us need tools that have nothing to do with getting more and more information.

Neurologically divergent people are everywhere. I’m one of them. I have PTSD and turned off the news almost 20 years ago. I listen to a little here and there and look at the newspaper. But…more than that is not something I can handle.

I expect your audience is like you. But, be aware that not all of us are.
