A great article ans oh, so true. My body is in trauma recovery mode from an eternal and devastating divorce. How long does it take to get my adrenals functioning again? How much self-care is required, sleep, eating well, exercising, yoga, etc.? It seems like it’s TBD. The book, among many others related, is on my shelf and in my audible account. Beautiful. And so important. And yet, patience is where I find myself. Healing takes time. Thanks for your words!
