I actually NEVER do these things. On Facebook, I just look at people and judge them, saying…”I wonder what it would be like to have that kind of free time.” But, this one was a challenge, and I wanted to do it. So I did. Judge me:)
Here goes nothing…
- I suck at selfies…never mind, you can tell that by the photo above:)
No, seriously, I grew up with a photographer for a father. As the oldest girl in a family of 9 children, I was his “toy” when it came to portraits. I remember practicing my smile in the mirror. He’d say, “Go practice a slight smile with teeth showing.” “Practice a no-teeth smile.” “Practice a big smile with lots of teeth.” On and on it would go.
He would position my body first, then tilt my head just “so”, then ask for a particular smile. That being said, I have very few photos of myself as a child that were not beautiful. As a teenager, I hated them all, no matter how artistically amazing they were. I was a teenager. Now, it’s just hard to see a picture of myself that I took. My vanity remembers how cute I used to be, I guess!
2. I don’t like traveling for traveling’s sake. But being there is usually worth it. It depends on the company. I lived in Austria and in the Czech Republic. I’d take living in a place far…
